Motion Graphics: Where Art Meets Code.  Motion design has evolved at a staggering pace. Of all the disciplines I work in, it’s been the most challenging — and rewarding — to keep up with.

Crafting seamless transitions, perfecting timing frame by frame, and making it feel right takes both an artist’s eye and a technician’s mind.

There’s also a surprising amount of code involved. Whether it’s animating SVGs, building interactive components, or working in After Effects with expressions and scripting, you have to wear multiple hats — and switch between them constantly.

Tools like Rive have added an exciting new layer. With it, I can build micro-interactions or full-blown animated web experiences — all in compact, efficient files that run beautifully across platforms.  Stay tuned for an exciting RIVE project I have in the works
