”I learned more in this one day workshop than I did in 8 weeks elsewhere..”
This workshop is designed for those wishing to enter the exciting world of watercolour painting. The instruction method follows the classic Atelier approach to learning art. Anyone can learn how to paint in any medium, there is no such thing as “having” talent, it comes as a result of learning and practicing.
Over the past two years I have refined my teaching process, learning from each class and student. This is something I love to do and put a tremendous effort into giving everyone the best experience possible.
This workshop is a prerequisite for my more advanced workshops.
. - The focus of the workshop will be on the basic techniques used in watercolour painting.
- We will discuss the materials used in watercolour painting, you will learn what to use and why. You will leave with a solid understanding of the materials used in watercolour painting.
- You will learn basic principles of watercolour painting, how it compares to other mediums and how to apply it to your own work.
- You will leave with a series of exercises to practice, the more you practice the better you will become.
